A Bit About Us
Howie Transport began with a vision to provide reliable forklift transport with unmatched customer service. Founded by David and Sue Howie in Brisbane, the business has flourished under the leadership of Kris and Leisa Broome (David and Sue’s daughter). What started as a local operation has expanded into a national network with depots in Melbourne, Sydney, Mackay, and Townsville. Today, we operate a fleet of 17 trucks and six trailers equipped for even the most challenging transport tasks.
Over the years, we’ve developed and purchased specialised equipment and technology to improve efficiency and safety. From our customer portal with real-time updates to comprehensive machinery warehousing services, we strive to make equipment transport and management as simple as possible.
